We are excited to introduce our comprehensive 3 Sets 1500HP Drilling Rig Mud Tank System, specifically designed to meet the rigorous demands of drilling companies.
1. Mud Tanks
Each set of our system includes 7 mud tanks, with each tank measuring 10M in length, 2.6M in width, and 2.4M in height. These tanks are the backbone of the system, providing ample storage and circulation capacity for the drilling fluid. Their large size ensures that there is sufficient mud available to maintain the drilling operation without frequent refilling, thus minimizing downtime.
2. Shale Shaker – GNZS594K
The GNZS594K Shale Shaker are the first line of defense in solid control. Equipped with 2 Italian Brand 1.94KW vibrating motors, these screens come with 4 pre-installed shaker screen, offering an effective screening area of 2.73 square meters. They can generate a maximum exciting force of up to 7.5G, ensuring that even the finest particles are separated from the drilling fluid. The screen box angle is adjustable from -1° to +5°, allowing for optimal screening performance based on the specific drilling conditions. Moreover, the Shale Shaker are available in various explosion-proof forms such as ExdIIBT4/IECEX/ATEX, making them suitable for use in potentially hazardous environments commonly found in oil and gas drilling, large non-excavation drilling machines, and industrial separation processes. Their ability to handle large volumes of mud makes them an essential component of our system.
3. Vacuum Degasser – GNZCQ270B
Following the Shale Shaker, the GNZCQ270B series vacuum degasser plays a crucial role in the mud treatment process. With a tank diameter of 920mm, it boasts a processing capacity of 270m³/h and an impressive efficiency rate of 95%. Installed after the drilling fluid vibrating screens, it effectively removes harmful gases from the drilling mud while maintaining the mud’s density. This not only ensures the stability of the drilling fluid but also protects the sand pumps and mud pumps, thereby enhancing the performance of subsequent equipment in the system.
4. Desander – GNZJ752K-M2SK
As a secondary solid control device, the GNZJ752K-M2SK desander is designed to handle a flow rate of 240m³/h. It is equipped with 2 10-inch hydrocyclones, which are specifically engineered to separate solid particles with a grain size ranging from 47 to 76μm in the drilling fluid. By removing these larger particles, the desander helps to maintain the quality of the drilling fluid, preventing excessive wear on downstream equipment and ensuring a more efficient drilling process.
5. Desilter – GNZJ752K-M12NK
Taking solid control to the next level, the GNZJ752K-M12NK desilter serves as the tertiary solid control equipment in our system. With a processing capacity of 240m³/h and 12 4-inch hydrocyclones, it efficiently separates solid particles with a grain size between 15 and 47μm from the drilling fluid. This further refines the drilling fluid, removing finer particles that could otherwise cause issues in the drilling operation, such as clogging of nozzles or reducing the effectiveness of the drilling fluid in suspending cuttings.
6. Decanter Centrifuge – GNLW452DS-VFD
For the final stage of solid separation, our system incorporates the GNLW452DS-VFD decanter centrifuge. Featuring a drum diameter of 450mm, it has a reference processing capacity of 176GPM (40m³/h). This decanter centrifuge is capable of separating solid particles from the lighter mud at a relatively low cost, ensuring that the drilling fluid remains clean and efficient throughout the drilling process. Its advanced design and high-performance capabilities make it an invaluable addition to our mud tank system.
7. Sand Pumps, Mud Agitators, and Mud Mixing Hoppers
Our system also includes a number of sand pumps and agitators, as well as mud hoppers. These components work in tandem to ensure that the drilling fluid is properly mixed, circulated, and conditioned. The sand pumps transfer the drilling fluid through the system, while the agitators keep the mud agitated to prevent settling of solids. The mud hoppers facilitate the addition of new drilling fluid and other additives to the system, ensuring a continuous and well-maintained supply of drilling fluid.
