GN Solids Control‘s GNZS596 series Double Deck shale shaker is known for its extensive application in piling, TBM, big oil gas rig, big trench-less project, or the industry separation for multi- phase separation. This series of shale shakers boasts a processing capacity of up to 140 cubic meters per hour (616 gallons per minute), equipped with two 2.2 kW vibrating motors to ensure efficient screening. The screening area is 1.36 square meters on the upper deck and 2.73 square meters on the lower deck, with the deck angle range adjustable from -1° to +5° to accommodate various screening needs. The compact design facilitates installation, making it an ideal choice for those pursuing efficiency and space-saving.
GN Solids Control‘s Cuttings Dryer: Efficient Processing, Environmentally Friendly and Energy Saving
For our African customers, GN Solids Control offers the GNCD930G series vertical cutting dryer. These units have a processing capacity of up to 50 tons per hour, and the treated cuttings have an oil content reduced to below 5%, significantly enhancing the reuse of resources. The Vertical Cutting Dryer uses centrifugal force technology to dry cuttings from oil-based and synthetic-based drilling mud, with all major rotating components tested for dynamic balance to ensure stability and reduce operational noise.
GN Solids Control provides the vertical cutting dryer a dryer with a speed of 900RPM, with a separation G Force of 420G, meeting conventional usage requirements. Additionally, we offer frequency conversion control options, allowing customers to adjust the speed according to actual needs to achieve the best results.
