The 2024 Bauma China exhibition was a resounding success for GN Solids Control, a leading provider of solids control and waste
management solutions for the oil, gas, and mining industries. At this prestigious event, GN Solids Control showcased a range of
advanced separation equipment, including mining vibrating screens, tailings dewatering decanter centrifuge, mud recycling systems,
and Sludge Vacuum Pump. These technologies are designed to enhance efficiency and sustainability in various industrial processes.
Mining Vibrating Screen:
GN Solids Control‘s Mining Vibrating Screen is a versatile piece of equipment used for sieving a wide array of materials. It is particularly
effective for metal minerals such as iron, copper, aluminum, gold, lead, zinc, platinum, chrome, and manganese ores. Additionally, it
handles industrial minerals like bentonite, borax, calcium carbonate, carbon, charcoal, ceramic powder, and more. The screen is also
utilized for other materials like sand and gravel aggregates, coal, silica sand, plastic, and fertilizers.
Tailings Dewatering Decanter Centrifuge:
The GN Tailings Dewatering Decanter Centrifuge, with a semi-conical angle of 8.5 degrees, is part of the GN T-series horizontal spiral
centrifuges. This series is ideal for separating materials with large particles, high solid-liquid density differences, low viscosity, and high
concentration, where a high volume of processing is required and drying is more critical than clarification. For fine-grained, muddy
wastewater, coagulants are often used to aggregate the particles before separation using the T-series centrifuges.
GN Solids Control‘s mud recycling system is designed for compactness, portability, and ease of use. It is widely applied in HDD
(Horizontal Directional Drilling) non-excavation mud-water separation, mud cleaning, and coalbed methane development. The HDD
non-excavation mud recycling system produced by GN Solids Control is extensively used by well-known domestic manufacturers
and users such as Pipeline Bureau Crossing Company, Tianjin Century East, Jindi XueMu Drilling, and Jiangsu GuDeng Drilling. It
also enjoys widespread application in international markets, including Australia, Indonesia, and India.
The Sludge Vacuum Pump, also known as a solid conveying pump, is a high-load, high-suction air-operated vacuum pump capable
of drawing solids, powders, liquids, and mixtures of solids and liquids. With a vacuum level of up to 25 inches of mercury (85 kPa)
and a water discharge head of 80 meters, this pump is uniquely designed for operation in harsh environments with low maintenance
rates. It can efficiently transport materials with solids content exceeding 80% and high-specific gravity materials. Its features include
an efficient Venturi device that generates a vacuum of up to 25 inches HG to draw in materials and then transports them under
positive pressure, with minimal wear parts. In the oil industry, it is commonly used for drilling cuttings transportation, oil sludge
transportation, tank cleaning operations, long-distance transportation of waste suction, and mineral and waste transportation.
It also finds broad application in the chemical, mining, and industrial sectors for solid transportation, solid-liquid mixture transportation,
and vacuum extraction.
