The mud cleaner is the combination of a linear motion shale shaker GNZS703E, 3 × 10 inch desander cone and 16 × 4 inch desilter cones. The cone assembly is mounted on the shaker deck. It is user friendly design. If you do not want to use mud cleaner, you just remove the cone assembly parts and use it as a shale shaker.
3) Mud cleaner ZNZJ703E-16N.
It is the combination of shale shaker and desilter cone. The under flow shale shaker is GNZS703E. Normally clients choose underflow shale shaker the same with solids control shale shaker. For this mud cleaner, it is only 16 ea 4 inch desilter cone, no desander cone applied.

Model clarification: GN means brand. ZS means linear motion. 59 means the screen width is 59cm. 4 is 4-panel screens. E means it is the E generation from GN Solids Control.

Our engineer left for CPP jobsite in Northern part of China to give having
service. And he followed down below procedures:
1) Give listing of tools required during having before he came to typically the
jobsite. Let client put together the tools list first to save lots of time.
2) After applications prepared, our engineer head over to jobsite 1-2 days
prior to starting commissioning. To discuss with CPP workers at jobsite and
prepare plan for everyday. The total having period will last about five days.
3) First moment, to arrange mud tank structure at
jobsite. Find right position for mud fish tank, which have good distance
fromHDD going rig. Make balance with the ground, and then put the soil tank to
the correct placement.
After mud tank finish off, mount the framework using desander & desilter immediately
upside on the mud reservoir; mount thecentrifuge framework instantly upside on
the mud aquarium. This framework is designed for quick assembly and

The first -time set-up of the shale shaker

When first set-up the
shale shaker, it
needs keep put the shaker on
a
leveled surface.
The shock-resist rubber materials need be installed between the box and bracket.
Remove the shipping brace like bolt and lug, because the base and screen box
are connected by springs, so when ship, the above part of the equipment is
secured by the shipping brace.
Remove
all the shipping braces before operate the shale shaker.
The
motor cables connected the
vibration motors on the shale shaker always damaged during severe vibration. Cable covers are provide and need to install with cables when connect control panel and the motors
When stop using the shale shaker, the shale shaker
screen
should always be washed by clean water.  It also needs to use diesel fuel to clean the
screen first, and then water when treating oil-base fluid.

The installation of shale shaker screen

Install the wedge
blocks at the two sides at the same time.

Make
sure the wedge blocks are firmly installed before turn on the shale shaker.
Do the test-run after the installation of shaker screen to
ensure installation is done corrected.   If
there is any unusual noise of poor contact, stop immediately and re-check the installation of shaker screen.
