Mud mixing hopper is the main parts of bentonite mud mixing system. Mud mixing hopper can be connected with centrifugal pump and some linking pipes, and work together as bentonite mud mixer.

Bentonite mud mixing hopper has two types, one is cyclone mixing hopper which is also called swirl mixing hopper with features such as high mixing efficiency and fast feeding speed. And the other is jet mixing hopper that has high mixing efficiency and high pressure at outlet, especially working with shear pump.

GN Solids Control design and made the Mini 2-panel shale shaker GNZS752 /GNZS852 to utilize for compact mud system. GN is the leading manufacturer for compact mud system used to HDD, mining and water well drilling.  

Mini 2-panel shale shaker GNZS752/GNZS852 utilizes two screens and linear motion to remove detrimental drilled solids from the mud system. This allows the Mini shale shaker 2-Panel to minimize mud losses while enhancing cutting dryness.

Maintenance on the unit is minimal and only a small inventory of replacement parts is necessary to sustain optimal operation. The small footprint and low cost this shaker makes it ideal for workover and small drilling rigs.

Mobile system for water well drilling

Waterwell drilling rig, it is usually dig small height hole may around 50~300m or more. Mostly they do not match mud system,even they have, only smaller mud system request.

But as the water well drilling rig need to be moved very frequently, for easy rig up and rig down, mud system and every solids control equipment should be very convenient to move.

High G shaker is a kind of shale shaker utilize high G force used in waste management field. It is adapt high G force from 7.5 to 8.0 G.image

Upstream equipment of drilling waste of high G shaker

A set of screw conveyor system collect drilling solids separated from shale shaker, desander, desilter and centrifuge,and then transfer and dump to high G shaker for separation.

During this process, clean mud falls into slurry tank under high G shaker, drilling cuttings dump to cutting box and move away by track for further treatment.

Down stream equipment drilling waste of high G shaker

Clean fluids from high G shaker transferred to a waste management high speed centrifuge, fine solids above 2~5 micros will be moved away after centrifuge process.

Lubrication of mud agitator gear box

For a stable performance and longtime running of mud agitator, regularly lubrication of gear box is necessary.

Routine lubrication consists of checking gearbox oil level and oil condition and lubricating gearbox bearings at required intervals.

Before operation, liberate gearbox with L-CKE/P 220~320# worn gear oil (while ambient temperature of drilling site around -30~40; or with L-CKE/P 320~460# worn gear oil (while ambient temperature around 25~65. Verify that lubricant level in the gear box reaches the bottom of the oil level plug.

Bearings should be cleaned and re-greased on the same schedule as oil changing. After cleaning, fill bearings to one-third of their free volume.

After 100 hours of initial startup, clean gearbox inside, add new grease oil. Then lubricated at every 2500-hour interval.
