Oilfield Drilling Cuttings Management System Exported to the Middle East

In a significant milestone for our company, we have successfully sold our comprehensive Drilling Cuttings Management System to a valued customer in the Middle East. This system, tailor-made for efficient drilling cuttings management, will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and environmental sustainability in the oilfields of this region.

The core component of this system is our Vertical Cuttings Dryer, model GNCD930G. This state-of-the-art dryer is designed to rapidly and effectively reduce the moisture content of drilling cuttings, making it easier to handle and dispose of. Its vertical design ensures maximum efficiency and minimal space utilization, making it an ideal choice for oilfields with limited space.

Complementing the dryer is our Decanter Centrifuge, model GNLW363D-VFD. This powerful machine separates solids from liquids with precision, further reducing the moisture content of the cuttings and enabling their reuse or safe disposal. The variable frequency drive (VFD) allows for precise control of the centrifuge’s speed, optimizing its performance based on the specific requirements of the drilling operation.

To ensure smooth and efficient feeding of the centrifuge, we have included two GNG Centrifuge Feed Pumps. These pumps are designed to handle the viscous and abrasive nature of drilling cuttings, ensuring a continuous and reliable supply to the centrifuge.

For efficient transportation of the dried cuttings, we have included three Screw Conveyors.
