Screw conveyor is one of the common machines for collect and transfer drilling cuttings of waste management system.
The most common diameter for screw conveyor auger is 14 inch and 18 inch. Transfer length can be customized per user’s request.
Recently, GN Solids Control have made screw conveyor system of 14" X 72ft with an 18.5kw spark-proof motor, with covers, one inlet and four discharge points that will be used to convey drill cuttings on the rig from the rig pour point into our barge stationed beside the rig. And another set 14" X 18ft conveyor with an 7.5kw spark-proof motor with one inlet and one discharge point for the same purpose.
For multiple discharge point, it will be controlled by slide valve with manual operation or automatic operation.
