GNLW Series Decanter Centrifuge

The GNLW series decanter centrifuge is an efficient solid-liquid separation device. It can complete feeding, centrifugal sedimentation, and unloading processes at full speed, which is crucial for recovering barite, removing fine solids, reducing the solid content of drilling fluid, controlling the density and viscosity of drilling fluid, ensuring the performance of drilling fluid, and facilitating rapid drilling.

Working Principle
The GNLW series decanter centrifuge uses the principle of centrifugal sedimentation to separate drilling suspensions. The suspension is fed through the feed pipe into the rotating drum via the liquid outlet holes in the spiral pusher. Under the influence of centrifugal force, solid particles are pushed against the inner wall of the drum, and then pushed to the solids discharge port at the small end of the drum by the blades on the spiral pusher, while the liquid phase overflows through the overflow holes at the large end of the drum.

Model and Performance

The customer has chosen the GNLW453DVFD model decanter centrifuge. The diameter of the drum is 450mm, and the length of the drum is 1540mm. The processing capacity can reach 264GPM (60m³/h), and the separated particle size is 2~5µm.

Centrifuge Frame

The design of the centrifuge frame aims to make effective use of space and improve production efficiency. It not only stabilizes the operation of the centrifuge but also provides a compact layout for the entire solids control system.

Screw Pump

The screw pump is favored for its few attachments, compact structure, small size, and easy maintenance. The rotor and stator are the wear parts of the pump, which are convenient to replace. The stator of the screw pump is made of artificial rubber, which gives it a special advantage in transporting high viscosity and hard suspended waste slurry compared to other pumps.
